The Project Manager will lead the project team in executing various internal transformation projects, including new product introduction & product transfers to achieve cost and time target and remove any barriers in realizing business objectives. This person should have strong communication skills and abundant practical experience, the ability to make sound judgments, and strong leadership skills to unite the will of all parties involved in the same direction.

This person will support multiple business units and plants across the US and Mexico for cable development.
What You Will Do
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of product and manufacturing processes development project. With timely monitoring the task progress and following up corresponding stakeholders from equipment manufacturing to sample delivery and mass production ramping-up phases, this role ensures corresponding deliverables to be delivered on-time with quality by understanding the project goals and requirements.
Resource Management:
- Manages and allocates the project's resources (people, materials, systems and budget) by working together with corresponding function leaders.
- Creates tooling strategy which supports long-term success and continuous improvement in tool delivery performance.
- This role helps product management group get proper budget for the project.
Project team coordination:
- This role leads communication with stakeholders to clarify or adjust task priority, deliverables and the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder to achieve the project goals.
Project progress support and risk management:
- This role leads the progress of the project in cooperation with stakeholders in the project.
- This role identifies and manages project risks and escalates issues to executives as quickly as possible to find solutions.
- This role discusses project priorities, coordination of delivery dates, prototype and mass production locations with the Product Management & Strategy, Sales and Plants. Through strategic communication with other departments, this role contributes to the development of short-term, mid-term and long-term growth strategies, including technology roadmaps and human resource development for the Manufacturing Engineering Division.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial engineering background or equivalent
- MS Project, MS Planner, JIRA certification, PMP certification, AI Utilization in PJM role
- 8+ years in overall Experience and 3+ years' experience in Project management role
- Project Management Experience: Hands on experience of project management. Experience of multiple project management and overcoming project challenges (Electrical component development projects)
- Communication Skill: Effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Clear and timely communication for smooth decision making.
- Leadership skills: Team building and leadership skill to align team for the goal.
- Scheduling & Planning skills: Setting timeline according to project tasks, monitoring the progress and re-arranging the priorities with stakeholders.
- Risk management: Risk assessment, timely escalation, with leading team discussion to create solutions.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Understanding of management systems (EMS/OHSMS, ISMS)
- Experience in connector/cable assembly or FPC products
- Good understanding of Engineering drawings
- Good understanding of connector and/or wiring harness design, manufacturing processes (stamping, mold, assembly, testing), and materials (terminals, connectors, wires).
- Familiarity with connector/harness tooling & fixture, assembly boards, and validation requirements.
For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
