Position Summary 职位概述 We are looking for an experienced Sr. Automation Engineer – Mechanical Design to independently lead automation equipment development and optimization projects. This role is responsible for automation equipment design, assembly, qualification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing quality, efficiency, and productivity. Independently lead automation equipment design, manufacturing, assembly, validation, and qualification activities. 独立负责自动化设备的设计、制造、组装、验证及导入工作。 2. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical proposals for semi-automatic and fully automatic projects. 负责半自动及全自动项目的可行性分析并制定技术方案。 3. Design, develop, upgrade, and optimize non-standard automation equipment and tooling solutions. 设计、开发、升级和优化非标自动化设备及工装方案。 4. Evaluate equipment and tooling performance after modifications and improvements to ensure stability and effectiveness. 对改造后的设备和工装进行评估，确保其稳定性和有效性。 5. Support manufacturing operations to significantly improve product quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. 支持生产运营，持续提升产品质量、生产效率及运营表现。 6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and related engineering documents. 编制并维护设备技术文件、操作手册及相关工程文档。 7. Maintain expertise in key automation technologies and share best practices across engineering teams. 持续学习自动化关键技术，并在团队内推广实践。 8. Support new product introduction (NPI) through automation production line development and implementation. 通过自动化产线开发与导入支持新产品开发（NPI）项目。 9. Identify automation opportunities and drive new automation projects to improve manufacturing competitiveness. 识别自动化机会并推动新自动化项目落地，提升制造竞争力。 10. Troubleshoot production equipment issues and provide effective technical solutions. 分析并解决生产设备问题，提供有效的技术解决方案。 11. Comply with EHS policies and support a safe working environment. 遵守EHS要求，支持安全生产环境建设。 REQUIREMENTS 职位要求 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. Master's degree in Automation Engineering is preferred. 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；自动化工程硕士学历优先。 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing enterprises or professional equipment companies. 具有8年以上大型制造企业或专业设备公司的工作经验。 3. At least 6 years of hands-on experience in automation equipment design and development. 至少6年以上自动化设备设计开发经验。 4. Strong experience in non-standard automation equipment design and implementation. 具备丰富的非标自动化设备设计和实施经验。 5. Experience in cable assembly automation design is highly preferred. 具备线缆组装自动化设计经验者优先。 6. Proficient in 3D design software such as UG/NX or SolidWorks. 熟练使用UG/NX或SolidWorks等三维设计软件。 7. Strong mechanical design, automation equipment development, and problem-solving capabilities. 具备扎实的机械设计、自动化设备开发及问题解决能力。 8. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit. 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。 9. Self-motivated, proactive, positive, and confident. 积极主动，具备正向思维和高度责任感。 10. Good English reading and writing skills; verbal communication skills are a plus. 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够进行英语沟通者优先。 11. Experience in connector industry automation equipment design and Design of Experiments (DOE) is preferred. 具备连接器行业自动化设备设计及DOE（实验设计）经验者优先。
