PRIMARY PURPOSE
This position is responsible for delivering training for new employees, new frontline leaders/foremen, and internal trainers, supporting course development, and tracking training effectiveness. It serves as a fundamental role within the overall training system.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and deliver onboarding training for new employees, including training scheduling, on-site support, and process follow-up to ensure smooth training implementation.
Assist in the development of training courses and materials, including shop floor operating procedures, training content, SOPs, and video materials.
Track training effectiveness and manage related data, supporting analysis and continuous improvement of training outcomes.
Coordinate with production workshops, frontline leaders/foremen, and relevant departments to support on-site training and mentoring activities.
Participate in training process improvement, continuously enhancing training efficiency and quality based on on-site feedback.
SCOPE
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end training activities, including onboarding training delivery, training coordination, and training effectiveness tracking. You will collaborate closely with the training team, HR Business Partners, frontline leaders/foremen, and production teams to ensure smooth training implementation and workforce readiness.
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive team player with a strong sense of execution, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor’s degree; major is not limited.
Preferred
- Background in Human Resources, Education, or Management is preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred
- Experience in training, employee development, or manufacturing is preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required
Capable of developing training courses and designing training programs, including participating in new course development, organizing training content, and optimizing training solutions.
Strong communication and coordination skills with solid execution ability, able to collaborate effectively with frontline leaders/foremen and management to ensure successful training implementation.
Basic data organization and analysis skills, with the ability to use tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage data and support training effectiveness evaluation.
Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, capable of working on-site and supporting training across multiple production units.
Strong learning ability and willingness to grow, with a long-term interest in training, talent development, or organizational development.
