As a Mechanical Setter / Maintenance Technician (Setter Manutentore Meccanico), you will set up, adjust, and maintain production and machining equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, supporting production schedules, and upholding quality standards. This role may require working a rotating shift schedule.

What You Will Do
• Set up, adjust, and change over mechanical production and machining equipment to meet production requirements
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
• Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and set-up needs to support production
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
• Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions or improvements
• Follow all safety, quality, and lockout/tagout procedures
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Technical diploma or vocational training in a mechanical field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience setting up and maintaining production or machining equipment
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule as required
