The Training Management Staff is responsible for planning, coordinating, administering, and monitoring employee training and development activities. This role ensures training programs are delivered effectively, training records are maintained accurately, employee competency requirements are met, and learning initiatives align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

What You Will Do

1.	Training Coordination & Administration Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs. Schedule training sessions, classrooms, trainers, and participants. Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, evaluations, and training logistics. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
2.	Learning Management & Records Maintain employee training records, certifications, and competency matrices. Monitor training completion status and provide periodic reports. Ensure training documentation complies with company standards and audit requirements. Manage learning databases, LMS platforms, and training dashboards.
3.	Training Needs Analysis Collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps and training needs. Support the development of annual training plans and budgets. Track mandatory, technical, compliance, and leadership training requirements.
4	Training Program Support Coordinate Train-the-Trainer programs and support internal trainers. Assist SMEs in developing learning content, work instructions, and training materials. Support e-learning, classroom, workshop, and OJT (On-the-Job Training) activities. Facilitate communication and follow-up actions related to training programs.
5	Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement Collect participant feedback and training evaluation data. Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Prepare training KPI reports and dashboards. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workforce capability development.
6	Compliance & Audit Support Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable standards. Prepare training evidence for internal, external, and customer audits. Monitor certification expiration and recertification requirements.
7	Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Training Administration, Learning & Development, HR, or related areas. 1–3 years of experience in Training Administration, Learning & Development, HR, or related areas.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
