每天登录客户门户网站，确保客户传递的信息分享给内部或者及时执行。

Arrange shipment according to inventory, customer requested date and shipping mode. Shipment tracing. Assist in managing returnable package with warehouse & customer.

根据库存，客户要求交货时间和运输方式按时安排出货, 跟进到货。协助管理周转箱。

5.

Reply customers inquires timely and no complaint from customer.

积极响应客户，避免客户投诉

6.

NPI order management & Shipment arrangement.

预批量订单管理和出货安排

7.

Customer master data maintain in SAP.

客户基本信息的维护到SAP.

8.

Work with PM & cross function from NPI to mass production.

与相关部门同事合作，跟进产品从NPI 到量产阶段事宜。

9.

Follow up RMA/RGA, closely work with QA, WH, customs & Planner about RGA following up.

和相关部门紧密合作，跟进退货相关事宜

10.

Payment supporting.

结算和请款相关问题的协助。

11.

Daily/weekly/monthly reports that are required.

做一些CSR日常需要做的报告。

12.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

SCOPE:

Handle the inter-company accounts & end customers that are requested by the business.

跟进莫仕内部客户和因业务需要的终端客户

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree

本科学历

REQUIRED:

At least 3 years similar working experience

至少三年以上的相关工作经验

PREFERRED:

5 years or above similar working experience and planning experience will be a plus

五年以上客户服务或者生产计划工作经验

REQUIRED:

English---Fluent oral English, good listening, reading and writing skills;

ERP application; Good excel application skills and data analysis skills;

Good communication skills;

Sense of urgency; accountability; strong learning ability, strong ability to work under pressure, careful ，patient and proactive & positive.

英语听说读写流利;

熟练使用ERP；熟练使用Excel并进行数据分析；

良好的沟通能力; 有责任心，紧迫感; 学习能力强，抗压能力强，细心，有耐心，积极乐观。

SAP application; MMOG/LG & FORMAL-Q Knowledge
