You will play a critical role in overseeing and performing project management in operations and manufacturing engineering organization for Datacomm & Specialty Solutions Division.
You will ensure that projects in Proof Of Concept lab, other key initiatives and programs are managed efficiently and effectively within manufacturing and operations, aligning with the organization’s strategic goals and delivering value to our customers.

What You Will Do
Project Management in Proof Of Concept Lab and other initiatives
- Project schedule development according to dependencies and priorities
- Lead cross function through the execution, monitoring and achievement of project plan from POC lab using Project Management methodologies
- Proactively identifies, documents, and executes risk reduction activities to minimize project risks associated with cost, quality and timing
- Clearly and concisely communicates status of assigned projects to both external and internal stakeholders, identifies and communicate project barriers to gain management to review
- Review design packages, manufacturing designs and process with team members
- Analyze trends; monitor progress, identify risks, coordinate with project teams to identify issues and risks for improvement opportunities; and design strategies to mitigate future risks
- Identify interdependencies between projects for share resources and activities
- KPI tracking for time to first part and ramp
- Proof of Concept supply support to global POC labs for quick turn
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with function leaders, stakeholders, and line managers to align project portfolio strategies.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders including challenge sessions on manufacturing strategies
- Resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Technology Integration and Portfolio Reporting and Analytics
- Oversee the adoption of new technologies and tools.
- Support digital transformation within the factory.
