Koch Capabilities (KCC) is building a new LATAM Payroll Shared Services capability in Guadalajara, Mexico, and we are looking for a Senior Social Security Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Social Security and Housing Fund (IMSS & Infonavit) processes across multiple legal entities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. In addition to your social security expertise, you will support payroll-related activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our payroll operations.

What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end IMSS and Infonavit processes for multiple legal entities.
- Prepare and submit IMSS and Infonavit audits and statutory filings in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Calculate and submit the annual Occupational Risk Premium (Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo).
- Coordinate and support audits, inspections, and administrative procedures with IMSS and Infonavit.
- Ensure compliance with all social security obligations and reporting requirements.
- Support payroll processing activities, including variable compensation calculations.
- Investigate, resolve, and monitor government inquiries, special cases, and compliance-related requests.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support internal and external audits.
- Calculate employee severance and termination settlements (finiquitos).
- Support administration of employee savings fund programs managed through third-party providers.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll and social security processes, controls, and efficiencies.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience managing IMSS and Infonavit processes in Mexico.
- Knowledge of Mexican social security regulations and labor legislation.
- Experience supporting payroll operations and statutory compliance activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English proficiency sufficient to work in a multinational environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience preparing and submitting IMSS and Infonavit statutory audits (Dictámenes).
- Experience calculating and filing Occupational Risk Premium (Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo).
- Expertise managing clarifications, audits, inspections, and compliance activities with IMSS and Infonavit.
- Experience processing high-volume and complex payrolls.
- Knowledge of payroll taxation, savings fund administration, and related payroll compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll systems such as Eslabón or similar platforms.
- Experience using IDSE Cloud or related social security administration tools.
- Previous experience working within a Shared Services environment.
- Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies
