- You will work closely with Production Manager and Cross Functional for improving production process.
What You Will Do
- Maintain and improve Laminate Process that creates values, profitability and scalable competitive advantage. Increase reliability and more consistent Quality, Efficiency and service will result in lower cost to Guardian
- Improve process to improve safe work environment
- Coordinate with department concern to improve unsafe condition
- Implement process safety WI
- Ensure Process are maintaining the quality that meet our customer expectation.
- Create Inclusive environment for team to improve process reliability
- Seek/Share Best Practices with the Capabilities
- Reliability developing, producing, and delivering product quality and service
- Drive operation envelopment to improve production quality and Performance.
- Develop and apply effective sFMEA
- Improve process to be cost effectiveness.
- Support operation care to improve Process reliability
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Has 2-3 years of experience in process improvement for manufacturing
- Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken)
