The Quotation and Pricing Management Analyst is responsible for managing quotation and pricing activities to support sales, sourcing, and business decision-making. This role ensures accurate, timely, and competitive pricing by working closely with Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, while maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal pricing processes and systems
What You Will Do
Quotation & Pricing Management
•
Prepare, analyze, and manage customer and supplier quotations in accordance with company pricing policies and business strategies
•
Ensure accuracy of pricing elements including cost, margin, lead time, Incoterms, and commercial terms
•
Perform regular monthly and quarterly reviews to identify and resolve variances in pricing, Purchasing Info Records and others.
•
Support timely quotation delivery to Sales and internal stakeholders to enable business growth
•
Maintain and update pricing, quotation, and related master data in ERP / SAP / pricing systems
•
Manage Ariba auction and provide training to outside suppliers.
Data Analysis & Commercial Support
•
Analyze cost structures, pricing trends, and profitability to support pricing decisions
•
Prepare pricing analysis, dashboards, and regular reports for management review
•
Support ad-hoc commercial and financial analysis related to pricing and quotations
•
Govern & Manage PIR for China region within provided TAT and high quality
•
Provide auction report and analysis(Ariba & Coupa) for management review.
•
Collaborate with the Procurement and Sourcing teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable items/analytics and insights that support strategic decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
•
Work closely with Sourcing, Category Management, Purchasing, Finance, and Engineering teams
•
Coordinate with suppliers to request, clarify, and follow up on quotations
•
Act as a key contact point for quotation-related inquiries and issue resolution
•
Participate in pricing, sourcing, and process improvement initiatives
•
Support ad hoc business requests by providing analytical insights to improve performance, pricing strategies, and overall procurement operations.
Process & Compliance
•
Ensure quotation processes follow standardized procedures and internal controls
•
Support continuous improvement of quotation and pricing workflows
•
Assist with documentation, and process training when required
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field
•
2–5 years of experience in quotation management, pricing, supply chain, finance, or analyst-related roles
•
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
•
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP / SAP or pricing systems is required
•
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
