Guardian Glass is looking for an EHS Specialist to join our team at our float glass manufacturing facility in Corsicana, Texas. The EHS Specialist will support environmental, health, and safety compliance programs while helping the site identify risk, build capability, and drive continuous improvement. This role will partner with operations, maintenance, leadership, employees, and contractors to support regulatory compliance, incident reporting, corrective action follow-up, training, inspections, audits, contractor safety, and environmental programs including air, waste, wastewater, water, and permitting activities.

What You Will Do
- Manage Air emissions (Title V and Carbon program), waste and water, and compliance control relating to agency reporting and inspections
- Management of permits to include compliance and renewal for Governmental, State, and Local permits
- Partner with plant employees at all levels to build capability and ensure alignment with the environmental topics
- Implement and monitor environmental policies, action plans, and programs that are connected with stewardship vision
- Develop, propose, and be accountable for improvements
- Develop and conduct training sessions for operations and supervisory staff
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging federal, state, and local environmental regulatory requirements affecting the facility
- Support, identify, and solve environmental issues through plant leadership and operations
- Maintain required records for all environmental aspects
- Support site safety programs, including hazard identification, incident reporting, corrective action tracking, and risk reduction initiatives
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive EHS compliance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement in safety culture
- Assist with safety training, audits, inspections, and compliance programs related to OSHA and company requirements
- Participate in incident investigations and support completion of corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or related field OR 4 years of relevant EHS experience
- A minimum of 2 years of safety, environmental, or EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience supporting EHS compliance programs, including OSHA requirements, safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective action management
- Experience building employee engagement in safety culture, hazard identification, and risk reduction initiatives
- Experience in Title V
