What You Will Do
• Maintenance team set-up & team management
1. Lead the formation of the new maintenance team, defining organizational structure, job roles, and performance evaluation.
2. Manage and coordinate maintenance employee across functional team (Stamping, Molding, Plating), ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimal equipment downtime
3. Overall people develop plan
• Maintenance system development
1. Establish & optimize a compressive maintenance system (TPM), include annual/monthly/weekly/daily plan and ensure effective execution.
2. Develop a rapid response mechanise for equipment, create standard procedure for common faults, and continuously to reduce equipment failure rate and downtime
3. Lead emergency repair efforts for equipment failure, conduct root-cause
• Cross-functional Collaboration
1. Maintain close communication with Molding, stamping & plating production department to promptly address their operational needs
2. Participate in new equipment selection, installation, commission, and providing professional input from a maintenance perspective
3. Drive equipment modification and optimization project to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
• Spare Parts & cost Management
1. Establish a safety stock system for spare parts and control maintenance cost.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Bachelor above in mechatronics engineering, electrical automation, mechanical design & manufacturing
• Minimum 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance management
• At least 5 years in supervisor role
1. Strong electrical and control capability, familiar fixture design
LEADERSHIP EXPECTATION:
1. Strong leadership and team management abilities
2. Excellent communication and coordination skill
3. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with ability to repidy diagnose faults and formulate repair strategies
4. Good report and English skill
What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience in equipment smart-retrofit or automation upgrade
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance requirement under ISO9001 /IAFT16949
