Position Overview
As a Senior Officer, HRBP, you will ensures effective, efficient delivery of HR services that drive superior performance of the assigned functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides input to line managers with HR insight about people related business issues/opportunities such as: talent selection, talent development and retention, organization change, work relationship, culture transformation…
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Partner with line Managers to ensure policies and application in compliance with the local laws, RBA, systems and the Corporate’s guidelines
- Interacts with Officer, HR to ensure the best employment services for employees including but not limited to hiring and selection, training, compensation and benefit.
- Support HR Manager and the business to organize company events and ER activities if any.
- Be accountable for the compliance of section to rules, procedures and requirement in term of
- 6S & KAIZEN / Environmental Health Safety
- RBA & Social Responsibility / Protection of company assets
- Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Qualification
- University degree and above.
- Preferred in Administration, Human resource, Language
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing companies
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication, consulting, coaching and facilitation skill
- Excellent English skills
- Demonstrates openness and acceptance to others’ ideas. Motivate and drive for results
- Presentation skills and public speaking skills
- High level of energy and ability to handle various affairs in emergencies
