What You Will Do
• Support the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Help prepare financial reports, schedules, and variance analyses
• Gather and organize data from multiple systems for analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting processes
• Collaborate with finance partners and present findings to stakeholders
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, or related degree program
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa sponsorship
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel
What Will Put You Ahead
• Coursework in financial or managerial accounting and progress toward CPA eligibility
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or data tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Demonstrated interest in cost accounting, financial reporting, or budgeting
