Responsible for business development and customer management for automotive electronics Tier 1 customers. Coordinate internal Product, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain resources to drive projects from product selection and validation through mass production growth.

What You Will Do
- Build customer organization maps, key-contact networks, decision-chain visibility and project opportunity maps to drive strategic customer relationships and business growth.
- Track application trends in NEV e-drive/e-control, domain control and energy management, and identify and drive design-in opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, FAE and R&D / Engineering teams to complete product selection, technical clarification, test evaluation and solution recommendation.
- Drive key project milestones including RFQ, quotation, commercial negotiation, nomination, PPAP and SOP to ensure project execution according to plan.
- Manage pipeline, forecast, pricing, project milestones and risks to ensure information is timely, accurate and traceable.
- Coordinate plant, CS, quality and supply-chain teams to resolve delivery issues, audits and customer complaints, improving customer satisfaction.
- Regularly provide customer strategy, project progress, competitive analysis and business growth plans to support internal resource alignment and management decisions.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Bachelor degree or above; majors in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related fields are preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive components, connectors, automotive electronics sales, project management, or application engineering.
• Good understanding of automotive development processes including RFQ, design-in, DV/PV, PPAP and SOP.
• Basic technical understanding of connectors, with ability to discuss current carrying capability, sealing, vibration, materials and reliability requirements with customer engineering teams.
• Good English and Mandarin communication capability; willing to travel domestically as business requires.
