SUPPLY CHAIN EXCELLENCE MANAGER

Today, we are expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This state-of-the-art site will produce advanced products, including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.

What You’ll Do

As a Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will drive end-to-end supply chain improvement and digital transformation across the plant and global network.

You will act as a trusted partner to operations and business teams, optimizing planning processes, enhancing system accuracy, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production planning excellence initiatives (MPS, MRP, capacity planning) to improve service, cost, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement projects across supply chain processes
• Act as process owner / key user for digitalization and system optimization
• Ensure governance and accuracy of MRP master data (SAP PP/MM)
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve performance
• Translate business needs into data-driven insights and actionable solutions
• Support capability building and knowledge sharing across planning and operation teams

What You Bring

Experience

• Solid experience in manufacturing production planning (required)
• Exposure to procurement or end-to-end supply chain is a plus
• Experience working in cross-functional or global environments
• Proven track record in leading continuous improvement or transformation projects

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of MRP logic and SAP PP/MM master data
• Experience with planning systems (Kinaxis is a plus)
• Knowledge of data analytics / BI tools is an advantage
