As a Milling Machinist (Fresatore), you will set up and operate CNC and manual milling machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances. You will bring craftsmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving to ensure the quality and reliability of every part.

What You Will Do
• Set up and operate CNC and manual milling machines to produce precision parts
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to plan machining sequences
• Select tooling, set offsets, and adjust speeds and feeds to meet specifications
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections to ensure quality
• Maintain equipment and perform routine machine upkeep
• Recommend process and tooling improvements
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Technical diploma or vocational training in machining/mechanics, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience operating milling machines (CNC and/or manual)
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience with CNC programming and setup (e.g., Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens controls)
• Familiarity with CAM software
• Experience machining tight-tolerance components in a high-mix or regulated environment
• Knowledge of tooling optimization and machining best practices
