Key Responsibilities
· Have the mental and physical ability to operate a Forklift and work intensely at a rapid pace
· Work and communicate well with co-workers and supervisors
· Apply knowledge of veneer grades and be able to properly identify veneer
· Operate forklift safely and efficiently to achieve quality and productivity goals
· Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
· Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift to ensure a safe and orderly working environment

Basic Qualifications
· At least one year of experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with loading/unloading in tight spaces for example: warehouses, truck trailers, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
· Two years of experience operating a forklift
· Experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment
· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in a plywood mill environment with dust, noise, heat, and cold conditions.
