Molex is seeking an Account Specialist with Electronics Industry inside or outside sales experience to service our Taiwan-based Enterprise customers. What You Will Do (Job Description)
· Provide best-in-class customer experience to Taiwan Enterprise Accounts to facilitate the design-in of Molex products and position Molex as a preferred supplier.
· Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Managers on sampling, technical collateral, pricing and qualification efforts at customer to facilitate the design-in of Molex product over competitors.
· Collaborate with Sales Team on order support, periodic business reviews with customers, price negotiations, and business awards to optimize outcomes for Molex and increase share.
· Track major customer project status, manage forecasts and upload forecast information into Molex Operations and CRM sales forecasting tools.
· Monitor customer backlogs & order coverage against customer forecasts to ensure adequate lead-time coverage of customer orders.
· Manage customer contracts including pricing, terms, payment, inventory programs and other order support activities.
· Manage PCN, Tarriff and Quality notifications to optimize outcomes for both Molex and customer.
· Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships within the customer’s engineering, procurement, sales, quality, and manufacturing teams.
· Collaborate and proactively communicate with Global Sales Team and Business Units to ensure program alignment and business award closure at both customer and customer’s ODM partners.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or another technical field.
· 2 -3 years of inside sales experience in electronics industry or another technical field.
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
· Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and experience working in collaborative team environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
· Experience working for an interconnect or semiconductor supplier into Datacom/Enterprise/Hyperscale (Server/network switch) customers.
· Knowledge of Datacom/Enterprise/Hyperscale business within US/EU based OEM customer.
· Proven track record providing best-in-class customer experience.
