What You Will Do
- Consolidate and maintain plant capacity and rough-cut capacity planning reports
- Track and manage capacity category performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze POEE/OEE performance and highlight trends and risks
- Identify low utilization and low-profit work centers and partner with PMs on mitigation plans
- Update and validate component and raw material forecasts with demand planners and product managers
- Support material master data maintenance and accuracy
- Collaborate with IT and planning teams to develop Power BI dashboards and reports
- Support mid- and long-term constrained supply planning in Rapid Response
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular supply chain performance reporting
- Develop dashboards to enable visibility of supply chain status and operational insights
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in planning, customer service, or inventory management within an automotive Tier 1 supplier
- Experience working with supply chain processes and planning concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Major in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Experience in supply chain planning
- Knowledge of SAP PP module, MRP, and MPS
- Experience using Rapid Response
- Power BI or Excel Macro capability
- Experience with data mining, analysis, and reporting
