DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and optimize the injection molding process for MT ferrules, strictly control the precision of microporous cavities, thermal expansion matching and internal stress in the injection molding process, and break through the core technical barriers of MT ferrule manufacturing.
2. Take charge of the precision grinding and polishing process of MT ferrule end faces, ensure the surface flatness meets the sub-nanometer level, and support the low insertion loss and high return loss performance of optical interconnection systems.
3. Verify and iterate the material selection of MT ferrules, optimize the application stability of PPS and other high-temperature resistant base materials in 80℃+ high-temperature environments of data centers.
4. Formulate product specifications and testing standards for MT ferrules, ensure all indicators comply with IEC 61754-5 and other industry standards, and complete the performance verification of new products such as Tiny MT ultra-compact ferrules.
5. Collaborate with the optical connector R&D team to solve the alignment accuracy problems in the matching process of MT ferrules and guide pins.
6. Participate in the cutting-edge pre-research and development of ultra-compact, high-performance MT ferrules for next-generation high-density optical interconnects (such as CPO/NPO). Manage suppliers from a professional perspective.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or above in Optical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Manufacturing or related majors

REQUIRED: More than 2 years of working experience in the R&D or manufacturing process of optical communication ferrule products
