Factory Readiness & Ramp
- Own end-to-end factory readiness (manpower, training, materials, equipment, tooling, testing, systems).
- Develop and execute ramp plans; identify and close readiness gaps.
- Ensure SAP/MES and operational processes are fully prepared for production.
Equipment, Facilities & CAPEX
- Manage equipment and CAPEX projects from specification to qualification (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Coordinate facility setup: layout, utilities (DI water, air, N2), EHS controls, cleanroom requirements.
- Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely installation and site acceptance.
Quality & Supply Chain Alignment
- Partner with Quality/AQP to meet customer and internal requirements (FAI, reliability, special characteristics).
- Collaborate with Supply Chain on material readiness, capacity, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support audits and customer visits with strong evidence of readiness.
