Your Job
We are looking for a (Senior) Business Systems Analyst to join our global Supply Chain Business Systems team in Hanoi. This role will focus on procurement-related solutions, driving system enhancements, digital transformation, and business value through technology. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, improve user experience, and deliver scalable system solutions.
Our Team
You will be part of a global Supply Chain Business Systems team that collaborates across regions to deliver digital solutions for procurement and supply chain operations. The team works closely with business, IT, and procurement stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation.
What You Will Do
- Drive the enhancement and optimization of Supply Chain and Procurement systems to improve efficiency and user experience
- Partner with business and IT teams to design and implement system solutions aligned with global processes
- Support and deliver system implementations (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa), from requirements through deployment
- Lead or contribute to projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure end-to-end system validation
- Provide ongoing support, continuous improvement, and issue resolution
- Deliver training, documentation, and communication to ensure successful user adoption
- Enable reporting and analytics improvements to support data-driven decision making
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement processes
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP SRM or Supplier Portal
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design, and system testing
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with SAP, SAP Business Network, Coupa, or SAP Ariba
- Background in system implementation or enhancement projects
- Experience working with master data and reporting/analytics
- Exposure to global or cross-regional project environments
- Knowledge of digital procurement tools and SAP ecosystem
- Chinese language capability
