What You Will Do
1. 模具工小组的日常工作安排
2. 日常巡视，提升模具换模/ 维护/ 保养/修模成功率，及时协助生产异常处理
配合工程师安排NPI 新模具试模、确认产品外观和尺寸检验要求，推进新模具量产进度
3. 协助工程师进行新产品模具设计审查、模具调试，工装、夹具验收，确认并接受相关工艺文件
4. 模房备品、备件管理，参与备件供应商进行年度考核
促5. 进跨部门、跨公司技术交流与合作，参与创新与知识分享
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• 高中及以上学历
• 8年以上注塑模房工作背景，丰富的塑胶模具试模及验收经验
• 具备扎实的注塑模具、工艺、注塑周边相关知识
• 能协同生产、机修、制程工程共同提升部门绩效目标
• 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，责任心强，能适应项目节点压力下的工作节奏

• 良好的表达能力和报告逻辑
• 熟悉注塑模房工作流程，质量意识强
• 熟悉精密连接器模具结构，具备丰富的注塑模房管理经验
• 具有上进心，能快速学习和熟悉新环境、新应用。有传、帮、带责任的意识
• 能适应公司以贡献为导向的企业文化，具备较强的责任感与推动力
