We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Finance to support and enhance enterprise finance solutions across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Central Finance (CFIN) platforms. In this role, you will partner with Finance stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable finance solutions, drive process improvements, support business-critical operations, and contribute to global finance transformation initiatives.
This position requires a blend of functional SAP FICO expertise, business analysis capabilities, production support experience, and a passion for enabling business value through technology.
Our Team
You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering and supporting enterprise finance capabilities across a global organization. Working closely with Finance leaders, Application Management Services (AMS), Enterprise Architecture, and technology delivery teams, you will help drive finance transformation, standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across a complex SAP ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to support and enhance business processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Treasury, and Controlling functions.
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP Finance solutions across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Central Finance environments to deliver business value and operational efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, supportable, and standardized SAP Finance solutions.
- Support global finance transformation programs, system enhancements, upgrades, and rollout initiatives across multiple regions and business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and enterprise applications supporting procurement, treasury, banking, tax, and financial operations.
- Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure stability and effectiveness of finance applications.
- Support financial compliance, audit readiness, period-end close processes, reporting accuracy, and governance requirements.
- Promote SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, finance process standardization, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA innovations and analytics capabilities.
- Contribute to testing, solution validation, deployment activities, and post-go-live support to ensure successful project delivery and business adoption.
- Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams to continuously improve user experience and enterprise finance capabilities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or enhancing SAP Finance solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP FICO in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, CO-PA/Margin Analysis, and Intercompany Accounting.
- Experience gathering business requirements, performing functional analysis, configuring solutions, supporting testing activities, and providing production support.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated business processes and collaborating with technical teams across SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Experience working within an IT service management environment supporting incidents, service requests, and operational support activities.
- Proven ability to work effectively with global business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience supporting or implementing SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
- Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Financial Consolidation, Intercompany Elimination, and Embedded Analytics capabilities.
- Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations.
- Experience with third-party finance applications such as BlackLine, Coupa, ONESOURCE, Kyriba, or GetPaid and related SAP integrations.
- Experience supporting global SAP rollouts, finance transformations, S/4HANA migrations, or complex multi-system landscapes.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori finance applications, Clean Core principles, and SAP standardization practices.
- Experience working within an AMS support model and using ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- SAP Finance or SAP S/4HANA-related certifications.
