DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establish and improve the R&D quality management system for optical connectivity products, formulate quality control specifications for the whole R&D cycle from prototype development to NPI transfer, and standardize quality inspection requirements for R&D output.
2. Lead quality planning for new optical connectivity R&D projects, confirm quality acceptance criteria for R&D prototypes and pre-mass products, and track the closed-loop rectification of quality risks found in the R&D process.
3. Organize and coordinate all preparations for customer and regulatory factory audits for the R&D department, sort out and output audit materials (including R&D process documents, quality records, test reports, etc.), coordinate the rectification of audit non-conformities, and track the closing of correction measures.
4. Cooperate with R&D and testing teams to optimize the product testing quality system: review the rationality of optical performance, reliability and environmental testing schemes for R&D products, supervise the standardization of testing processes, verify the correctness of test results, and sort out and archive test quality records.
5. Count and analyze quality data in the R&D stage, summarize repeated quality problems, put forward targeted R&D process optimization suggestions, and promote continuous improvement of R&D output quality.
6. Cooperate with the mass production quality department to complete the quality handover of NPI projects, and support the solution of quality abnormal problems in the early stage of mass production.
SCOPE: Focus on full-cycle R&D quality assurance for passive optical connectivity products, responsible for factory audit response, product testing quality control and R&D process quality optimization.
