What You Will Do
• Operate and monitor production equipment following work instructions and standards
• Perform assembly, handling, and finishing operations to meet quality and output targets
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report nonconformities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S)
• Record production and quality data accurately
• Support changeovers, setups, and continuous improvement activities
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard-work requirements
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working with small components
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to work assigned shifts as required
What Will Put You Ahead
• Prior experience in electronics, assembly, or precision manufacturing
• Familiarity with quality standards and 5S/Lean practices
• Experience with production equipment or hand tools
• Demonstrated reliability and a continuous improvement mindset
