MASTER PRODUCTION SCHEDULER

Today, we are expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This state-of-the-art site will produce advanced products, including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
What You’ll Do
As a Master Production Scheduler, you will own end-to-end production scheduling for finished goods and key assemblies, acting as the bridge between mid/long-term planning and daily production execution.
You will ensure optimal production flow by balancing demand, capacity, and inventory, driving efficiency and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Master Production Scheduling (for Mass Production Product and NPI Product both)
- Develop and manage rolling MPS plans (2–12 weeks horizon)
- Translate demand into feasible production plans
- Identify capacity gaps and drive mitigation actions
2. Capacity & Load Balancing
- Balance production load across peak and low seasons
- Manage short-term constraints to optimize resource utilization
3. Support Urgent & NPI Orders
- Allocate capacity for expedite orders and New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Coordinate closely with Production Planning and Operations
4. Master Data & System Governance
- Ensure accuracy of SAP master data for planning
- Support digitalization and supply chain optimization initiatives
5. KPI Management & Improvement
- Monitor and improve key metrics:
- MPS Plan Accuracy
- MPS Quality
- MPS Attainment
- Drive actions to close gaps between plan and execution
6. Supply Chain Optimization
- Align planning with customer priorities (CRD, backlog)
- Optimize inventory performance (reduce DOH, improve quality)
- Support global allocation and fair-share processes
What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or related field
- APICS / Six Sigma is a plus
Experience
- 3–5 years in production planning / supply planning
- Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry preferred
Skills
- Strong knowledge of MPS & capacity planning
- Experience working with SAP (or similar ERP)
- Analytical mindset with KPI-driven approach
- Good collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus)
