The Logistics Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and monitoring of outbound transportation activities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods. This role serves as a key liaison between carriers, warehouse operations, and internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments in accordance with customer requirements and production timelines
- Plan and allocate outbound loads to carriers based on availability, capacity, and delivery priorities
- Ensure timely booking, dispatch, and execution of shipments to meet agreed delivery deadlines
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays, disruptions, or operational issues
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to align order readiness with shipping schedules
- Optimize load planning and vehicle utilization to enhance operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs
- Track, analyse, and report key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time dispatch, delivery performance, and delivery times
- Ensure compliance with applicable transportation regulations, internal policies, and safety standards
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement enhancements within outbound logistics processes
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
- Fluent in English & Polish; proficiency in an additional language is considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with TMS and/or ERP systems is advantageous
- Solid understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in documentation

- Experience in coordinating the transportation of regulated or waste materials
