Panoramic (A Georgia Pacific Company) is seeking Production Leads for their Janesville, WI facility. In this role, you will lead and develop a team while overseeing all aspects of production within the department, ensuring adherence to quality standards, efficient processes, and safety protocols, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer and organizational requirements.
Current openings:
- shift: 6am to 2pm (Monday-Friday)
- shift: 2pm to 10pm (Monday-Friday)
- shift: 10pm to 6am (Monday-Friday)
In this role, compensation will be commensurate with experience.

What You Will Do
- Effectively contribute toward the development of processes by becoming familiar with the operation, safety, and technical documentation
- Conduct general safety and visual quality inspections
- Assist with Production Schedule based on staffing levels and priority list
- Ensure quality standards are adhered to on a consistent basis
- Maintain and control workflow for optimal utilization of equipment
- Assist in on-the-job training
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience utilizing math to make precise counts and measurements
- One or more years of experience leading team members in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience working cross functionally and with all levels of personnel
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working with food safety procedures
- Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing industrial equipment
- Experience assessing, implementing and improving production processes
- Experience conducting root-cause-analysis
