This position is responsible for leading the quality team in maximizing long-term value creation around Safety, Compliance, Quality, Customer Service. This position is also accountable for providing leadership and demonstrating a clear commitment to continually improving operations and advancing the culture PBM.

What You Will Do
- Lead and inspire the process team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Leader with experience in quality and productions areas.
- Prioritize, develop, and execute strategies to mitigate top quality risks based on likelihood and severity with the correct sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills to motivate people and collaborate with diverse areas across the organization.
- Accelerate the development of quality strategies to define and utilize best knowledge and technology to deliver mutually beneficial customer solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and maintenance teams to advance site and quality initiatives.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Achieve internal and external customer quality targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by setting goals aligned with the annual operation plan.
- Demonstrate Intellectual honesty and curiosity to understand how our products impact our customers’ processes and products.
- Guide to troubleshooting and problem-solving events (RCA, 6-sigma).
- Broaden general IT skills and knowledge (productivity tools, general industry knowledge).
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor’s in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial. MBA or master’s in engineering is a plus.
- Experience in leading Quality areas.
- Experience in Glass Manufacturing is a plus.
- Availability to travel.
