Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for order entry and serves as the primary liaison with the process. The role involves ensuring that customer demand is accurately captured, scheduled, and executed across our supply network.
Our Team
You will be part of the Customer Experience team, collaborating closely with Scheduling, Demand Planning, Logistics, Production, and Shipping teams. In that scope, Customer Experience Coordinator helps strengthen customer-supplier relationships, coordinates effectively across Supply Chain streams, and ensures seamless follow-up on customer orders and requests. The position is based in Katowice, Poland.
What You Will Do
- End-to-End Order Flow: Own the lifecycle of customer orders from system entry to final delivery, ensuring total accuracy in technical specifications, quantity, and lead-time commitments.
- Multisite Fulfilment Coordination: Synchronize order execution across multiple manufacturing plants, managing order validation, modifications, and real-time status tracking to ensure a steady flow of goods.
- Inventory Allocation & ATP: Proactively manage Available-to-Promise (ATP) requests; navigate stock constraints by providing viable product alternatives and balancing customer needs against current supply.
- Cross-Function
- Demand-Supply Alignment: Monitor order entry vs. forecasted volumes and regional allocations to ensure consistent supply.
- Proactive Bottleneck Management: Monitor order progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure alignment with service levels and regional expectations.
- Value-Chain Support: Build strong customer relationships by understanding their operational needs and proposing fulfilment solutions that create mutual value. Support Customer Facing Support by doing a backup.
- Fulfilment Excellence: Contribute to Continuous Improvement projects aimed at reducing order cycle times, improving data accuracy, and enhancing service performance.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Communication: Fluent in English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- Analytical Strength: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate supply chain complexity while maintaining a customer-focused mindset
- Operational Excellence: Highly organized and capable of managing high-volume order portfolios with exceptional attention to detail.
- Systems & Data Agility: Comfortable navigating advanced ERP/CRM platforms, managing complex data sets, and working confidently with structured systems and analytical tools
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (data handling, analysis) and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Fulfilment Operations, or Supply Chain Coordination
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor M3, SAP) or CRM/Reporting tools (Salesforce, Power BI)
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a cross-functional, international supply chain environment
