MOLEX is seeking a detail-oriented and contribution minded Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our global Collections Team. What You Will Do
- Ensure that customers adhere to established payment terms by monitoring and tracking payment schedules for timely processing.
- Proactively manage and take ownership of your portfolio of customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders in resolving payment issues.
- Timely report and escalate when material issues or impacts.
- Be a teammate. We are a global team of likeminded contribution driven Collectors.
- Lead or coordinate negotiations related to payments and claims with cross-functionals.
- Continuously seek opportunities through innovation for process improvement and system optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) necessary for professional interactions with both external and internal contacts.
- Ability to proactively engage in a rapidly changing business environment while demonstrating a high level of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
- Detail oriented problem solver, quick learner with ability to multi-task.
- Good English communication skill is a must.
- 2+ years as a collection specialist in an international environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Possess hands on knowledge of MS office, SAP System and Getpaid tool.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization software/tools.
- Process Transformation / Process Automation / Process Implementation experience.
- 4+ years as a collection specialist in an international environment.
