ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER – HIGH-SPEED INTERCONNECT
Location: Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen (Daily Bus from Hanoi, Hai Duong & Bac Ninh)

This state-of-the-art site will produce advanced products, including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Your Job
As an Associate Product Manager at Molex, you will support the development and growth of high-speed interconnect solutions for data center and enterprise networking markets. This role will help shape product strategy, drive market insights, and support global customer engagement.
Our Team
You will join the Datacom division and collaborate with global teams across engineering, sales, operations, and quality to deliver innovative connectivity solutions to leading customers in the industry.
What You Will Do
- Support product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and positioning for high-speed interconnect products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Gather customer insights and translate them into product requirements
- Support product launches and go-to-market activities
- Drive pipeline growth, customer adoption, and project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales)
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to optimize portfolio results
- Build strong relationships with global customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Lead or support product development projects to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product management, product line management, or sales
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel globally
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in data center, networking, or high-speed interconnect technologies
- Experience in high-speed interconnect products in the data center or enterprise networking industries is a plus
- Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience with product lifecycle management or product launches
- Experience working with OEM customers or contract manufacturers
- SAP knowledge
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
