Molex is seeking a Trainer, Go-to-Market Enablement to support the delivery of impactful training and enablement programs across Japan and the APAC region.
This is a newly created role within the CCS Division (Consumer and Commercial Solutions), offering the opportunity to contribute to the development of training content, collaborate closely with product managers and sales teams, and support business growth through effective enablement.

You will work closely with:
• CCS Product Managers (PMs)
• Sales Enablement teams
• Sales leaders
• Cross-functional partners
This role plays an important part in connecting strategy to execution through clear communication and effective learning experiences.
What You Will Do
• Develop and deliver presentations and training materials to support go-to-market initiatives
• Facilitate training sessions for product managers and stakeholders across Japan and, when needed, the broader APAC region
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to understand needs and translate them into effective enablement content
• Support the creation and continuous improvement of training programs and tools
• Contribute to the development of new enablement approaches in a growing capability area
• Support in-person training sessions to enhance engagement and learning outcomes
• Participate in occasional travel (approximately up to 20%) within APAC and other regions as required
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Experience in creating and/or delivering presentations or training content
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and sales organizations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Willingness to learn and grow in areas such as enablement, training, and go-to-market strategy
• Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint or similar
• Japanese: Business-level proficiency (for training delivery and local collaboration)
• English: Business-level proficiency (for regional and global communication)
What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience in product management, sales enablement, or training-related roles
• Experience working across regional or global teams (e.g., APAC)
• Experience developing structured learning programs or content
• Confidence in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions
