·       MOLEX, a brand under KOCH Industries with its headquarters in Wichita, Kansas (USA), is one of the world’s leading interconnector manufacturers.  

·       Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices. 

Position Overview 
Execute the reliability test that leads to the right data which contributes to the appropriate judgement of product performance and product improvement. 

Key Responsibilities 

Under general supervision, primarily assist with sample receiving, check-in and sample preparation. 

Execute testing and evaluation of new and existing product verification and validation activities according to schedule. 

Interpret data and evaluate product performance to verify product specifications and requirements. 

Assist with process improvement initiatives around the lab. 

Prepare and implement the reliability test according to schedule and to speed up the qualification process for on-time product release. 

Support test engineers to analyze test results and make meaningful conclusion. 

Make detailed observations, analyze data and interpret results. 

Write experimental reports. May also develop and maintain record keeping for experiments performed. 

Design and fabricate PCB and test fixtures required for product testing. 

Apply basic techniques and procedures to assigned projects. 

Equipment preventive maintenance. 

Maintain device laboratory equipment and inventory levels for laboratory supplies. 

Perform limited troubleshooting and calibration of instruments. 

Arrange the test consumable goods. 

* Working location: Thang Long II IZ, Hung Yen

Provide company car from Hanoi/ Hai Duong/ Bac Ninh to Hung Yen

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 

Qualification 

College up

Experience  

At least 1 year of equivalent experience

Skills & Competencies 

1. Good knowledge in engineering and quality at manufacturing processes

2. Good at English Communication and report skill

3. Document creation skill

4. Measurement concept and practice, especially GD&T. Enable to use 3D measuring equipment is a good point

5. On job Training, Coaching skill and Basic management & Kaizen

6. Quality inspection machines and instrument operation.

7. ISO, 7 QC tools, 6 core tools. Good at MSA practice is a good point
