As Supply Chain Specialist, you will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for INVISTA's Nylon Intermediates and Specialties business across the EU, uniting customer experience, logistics and commercial responsibility in a single, high-impact role. You will be the customer's advocate inside INVISTA, coordinating cross-functionally to deliver on-time, in-full (OTIF) service while ensuring compliant, value-creating execution at every step. Guided by the principles of Principle Based Management (PBM), you will champion continuous improvement and help shape how we serve our customers across the region.
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for Nylon Intermediates and Specialties across the EU, driving efficient, compliant and value-creating execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact and customer advocate for assigned accounts delivering responsive, professional service and building long-term, multi-level relationships.
- Manage day-to-day shipment execution across road, ISO and ocean freight, coordinating with 3PLs to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and to resolve order and delivery issues.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation (delivery notes, Certificates of Analysis, PODs and shipping documents) and full transport compliance for dangerous goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and reconciliation and manage exceptions impacting delivery or billing.
- Safeguard margin and value through monthly accruals, bi-annual pricing reviews and accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial and Customer Service to drive continuous improvement and measurable KPI gains.
- Develop Salesforce Power User expertise and apply Principle Based Management (PBM) principles to guide decision-making and create value.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in order-to-cash, customer service or supply chain within a manufacturing, chemicals or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics and shipment execution (road, ISO, ocean), 3PL coordination and OTIF delivery.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (Power User capability desirable) and SAP ERP order management systems.
- Commercial acumen, including forecasting, pricing reviews and competitive/market insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to act as a customer advocate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Alignment with Principle Based Management (PBM) and a mindset oriented to value creation, learning and transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, additional European languages an advantage.
