DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
| 1. | Supplier development (including consolidation) |
| 2. | Work with SQE & Purchasing on supplier performance review, drive supplier to improve quality and delivery |
| 3. | Align with GCM for direct material cost reduction, 2nd source implementation, VA/VE, negotiations, etc |
| 4. | Support new project launch, lead sourcing activities for Subcon business |
| 5. | Early involvement from design/quotation, alternatives recommendation/qualification, sample launch to mass production |
| 6. | Optimize incoterms, improve and align payment terms, MOQ/Scale price optimization, inventory control (DSI) |
| 7. | Maximize material value, review S&E and scrap components, resell them to mitigate material loss |
| 8. | Urgently drive critical supply escalations, support pull-in/push out, cancellation, quality issues and other suppliers’ issues. Compensation negotiation for supplier issues |
| 9. | Stewardship support: Supplier SR audit, RBA audit; Meet strategic customer requirement for CMRT, BCP, EH&S |
| SCOPE: | Implement global category strategic guidance (MG204-Stamping) Take sourcing activities and support Molex DG Plant operation.

EDUCATION:
| REQUIRED: | Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical degree |
| PREFERRED: | Advanced degree |
WORK EXPERIENCE:
| REQUIRED: | At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, category management, engineering or procurement |
