| PRIMARY PURPOSE: | High value customer product manager will be responsible for P&L of custom lines and driving the growth according to Molex targets. She/he will make product strategy and cooperate with stakeholders of different functional team to make that happen. |
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
| 1. | Responsible for product strategies and profitability for selected product in high value customer group. Directly responsible for developing and driving new products and business pipeline globally. This includes:

| 2. | Works closely with Operations, Demand Planner team to optimize MFG cost, lead time, capacity…etc | |
| 3. | Works closely with sales, BDM to promote standard products and grow pipeline | |
| 4. | Identifies product trends and technologies; Justifies investments in new products and technologies | |
| 5. | Owner of economic study and validation of new business opportunities to ensure business pipeline meets profit growth targets | |
| 6. | Responsible for meeting both revenue and profit targets for product families | |

EDUCATION:
| REQUIRED: | § Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical area of study |
| PREFERRED: | § Advanced degree – MBA, Advanced Technical degree – Engineering (electronics, mechanical, etc.) |
WORK EXPERIENCE:
| REQUIRED: |
§ Total 5+ years combined experience in relevant areas such as product management, business development, technical sales, FEA or product design with direct exposure to manufacturing of electro-mechanics at OEM or sub-assembly level |
| PREFERRED: | § Project management skill and product management experience. |
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
| REQUIRED: | § Fluent in English, both written and Verbal. § Willing to learn the new things and quick catch up skill. § Technical knowledge and ability to identify customers functional requirements to define our design scope. § Strong skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload. Interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external contacts to respond positively to situations.
