Your Job
You will play a critical role in enabling safe, compliant, and efficient workforce mobility across Saudi Arabia and GCC. This role goes beyond administration by supporting better business decisions through effective coordination, risk awareness, and continuous improvement of mobility processes.
Our Team
You will join the International Services team, working closely with HR Operations, Compliance, Legal, Recruitment, manpower suppliers, government authorities, and business leaders across Saudi Arabia and the GCC to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient workforce mobility and resource deployment.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end administration of temporary and contingent workforce across Saudi Arabia and GCC, including onboarding, deployment, transfers, extensions, and demobilisation.
- Coordinate workforce mobility and deployment activities while balancing business priorities, cost, timing, and compliance requirements.
- Manage visas, work permits, immigration processes, renewals, extensions, and cancellations.
- Ensure workforce compliance with Saudi and GCC labour laws, immigration regulations, and company governance standards.
- Administer Qiwa (Ajeer) processes, workforce registration, and Saudization-related requirements.
- Partner with manpower suppliers and recruitment agencies to source, validate, and mobilise talent.
- Support onboarding, assignment changes, workforce transitions, and offboarding activities.
- Monitor workforce utilisation, allocation, and mobilisation efficiency to support operational needs.
- Maintain accurate workforce, visa, supplier, and project data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Identify compliance risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities while supporting audits and governance requirements.
- Provide workforce reporting, mobility insights, and recommendations to support workforce planning and business decisions.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Legal, Compliance, government authorities, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant workforce mobility.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in Project based manpower operations, workforce administration, or mobility.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, immigration processes, and Qiwa (Ajeer).
- Ability to evaluate options and make sound decisions balancing compliance, cost, and operational needs.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong compliance and risk-awareness mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
