Today, we are expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This state-of-the-art site will produce advanced products, including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
What You Will Do
• Create and lead failure analysis team for repeating the customer claim or/and disclosing the root causes deep, widely and availably to conduct corrective actions of all assigned RMA products of customers.
• Prepare an official, logical and authentic failure analysis report for RMA case.
• Statistics, review, raise improving event and solve problems based on FA view.
• Statistics failure mode of RMA product, confirm and publish the final failure in time (FIT) cases.
• Contribute RMA product repair information and review RMA order.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Education
• Required: Bachelor’s degree or above in optics, electronics, communications, or related fields.
Work Experience
• Required: Minimum of 3 years of working experience
• Preferred: 3 years minimum related working experience of optical communications fields such as failure analysis, manufacturing or design.
Skills & Abilities
Required
• Good knowledge of optical communications product, failure analysis mechanism, method, equipment and quality tools.
• Accurately determine and analyse failure cause of products.
• Good project lead and management experience.
• Good written skills for expression of assessment or failure analysis report in a clear, accurate and concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to raw data statistics and analysis of failures, and initiate improving event.
• Good communication with relevant peers and groups.
• Good listening and verbal communication skills in Chinese, with strong written proficiency in English.
