Process Engineer – Lamination (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Take technical responsibility for glass lamination processes and for the products manufactured on the lamination line.
- Develop, supervise and optimize lamination processes with respect to quality, safety, efficiency and energy consumption.
- Analyze plant and process performance, identify improvement measures and implement them in a sustainable manner.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Quality, S&OP and Production Planning teams.
- Work on reducing downtime, planning repairs and process changes, and ensuring their optimal integration with production.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, benchmarking and best‑practice approaches.
- Prepare and communicate regular assessments and reports on plant and process performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and applicable permits.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed an engineering degree (e.g., process engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, glass technology) or similar qualification.
- Professional experience in an industrial production environment, preferably in glass processing or lamination.
- Experience managing complex production processes.
- Independent, organized and proactive working style.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good written and spoken English.
