Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. We are looking for a skilled Technical Operator to join our production team in Hudson, WI. This role will set up and maintain equipment, oversee production line operations, and ensure operators are trained and following established processes. This work helps maximize efficiency, reduce downtime, and deliver high-quality products on time. This role also offers exciting opportunities to develop technical skills through hands-on cross-training.
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm

What You Will Do
Equipment Setup & Maintenance
- Set up and prepare automated and manual assembly machines at the start of work orders to ensure lines are ready for production.
- Maintain machines during production or escalate issues to engineers to minimize downtime.
Operator Training & Performance
- Train operators to improve performance, productivity, and quality standards.
- Monitor and record hourly output to ensure production goals are consistently met.
Material & Process Support
- Keep production lines stocked with necessary components to prevent delays.
- Maintain accurate records in the manufacturing system for process traceability and performance tracking.
- Enforce cleanliness, restocking, and break-time protocols to support safety, efficiency, and team accountability.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience training and coaching team members.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with SAP.
- Technical experience with automated and manual machine setup and troubleshooting.
