Your Job
As an Application Support Engineer for Koch Global Services, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers, product owners, and business systems analysts responsible for supporting the Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform, Data Visualization platforms, and Leveraged Applications portfolios. Focusing primarily on incident management and service request fulfillment, you may also engage in project work as needed.
Our Team
The Koch Global Services Cloud & Applications team delivers cloud platforms and enabling solutions that empower our Koch businesses to design, build, and deploy the technology necessary for transforming their businesses. We manage several enterprise platforms including public cloud, integrations, developer enablement, contact centers, data visualization, and enterprise knowledge. Our applications team also provides technical consulting, develops custom applications, and provides support for leveraged enterprise applications.

Leverage Modern Technical Tools (Generative AI, Monitoring and Reporting tools)
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desire to contribute, and build and develop the team
Proven collaboration skills, works with a sense of urgency, and prioritizes action items
PowerBI and Tableau experience
Understanding of ITIL 4 framework
What Will Put You Ahead
Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) software support experience
PowerBI and Tableau Server Administration
AWS Cloud Computing Experience
Working within an Agile development environment is preferred
ServiceNow experience
