Your Job
As an Inventory Accuracy Supervisor, you will lead inventory control, material flow optimization, and process improvement initiatives to ensure inventory accuracy, reduce material losses, and support efficient production operations. You will drive automation, technology adoption, and Lean practices to improve productivity and operational performance.
Our Team
You will be part of the Materials organization, working closely with Warehouse Operations, Production, Planning, Program Management, Finance, and Inventory Control teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve inventory management, material movement, and warehouse processes across the facility.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to improve material accuracy and reduce inventory risk in WIP.
- Design and deploy systems, processes, and tools to monitor and control inventory levels.
- Create productivity measurement systems by employee, shift, and material movement.
- Partner with warehouse and inventory control teams to improve transaction accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Lead automation and technology initiatives to improve material handling and operational efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies across supermarkets and production areas.
- Establish automated replenishment systems such as Kanban, pick-to-light, and material movement technologies.
- Develop, document, and standardize processes within the Quality Management System.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including WIP inventory, WO Aging, Plan Attainment, and material loss.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce inventory discrepancies.
- Define and control inventory risks in collaboration with production teams.
- Build and develop high-performing teams while supporting Lean, Quality, EHS, and 5S initiatives.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience implementing Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as Ishikawa, 5 Whys, PDCA, and Kaizen.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and automation projects.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI and programming tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency at an advanced level.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
