What You Will Do
· 确保设备电气影像稳定运行,及时维修
· 优化及改善设备电气及影像来提高CT ,Eff% ,Util%, MMR, etc.
· 优化及改善设备电气及影像减少COPQ
· 新设备电气及影像的承接
· 培训技术员及操作员电气及影像的维护
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
· 熟练掌握PLC编程及设备控制系统开发，具备机器视觉设备维护、故障分析及维修经验
· 熟悉 Yaskawa、Omron、Keyence 等 PLC编程软件，及Keyence、Cognex, Euresys, Visco等视觉系统，。
· 熟悉HMI开发、伺服控制系统、变频器、传感器及气动元件应用。
· 能独立完成视觉系统安装、标定、调试及参数优化
· 熟悉工业相机、镜头、光源、采集卡及相关硬件应用，视觉系统与PLC、机器人、自动化设备之间的通讯集成
· 能够使用 EPLAN 或 AutoCAD Electrical 独立完成电气原理图设计。
· 具备设备调试、故障分析、问题解决及技术文件编制经验。
· 熟悉机械设备安全标准及安全控制系统，包括安全继电器、安全PLC、安全光栅、联锁开关和急停回路设计
