What You Will Do
1. 持续推进量产品的制程优化，制定年度质量目标和行动计划定义并跟进达成
2. 负责不合格品处置，对产生、流出原因进行分析、提出优化和改善方案，跟进结果
3. 与ME团队合作，确保新产品顺利量产，达成量产要求
4. 参与新产品模具设计审查，负责注塑模具调试，工装、夹具验收，保养计划，相关工艺文件编制
5. 促进跨部门、跨公司技术交流与合作，参与工艺创新与知识分享
6. 主导客户及厂内的制程审核准备与执行，确保工艺符合质量体系要求
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1.本科及以上学历
2. 5年以上注塑工艺背景，熟悉工程塑料的特性，丰富的塑胶模具试模及验收经验
3. 具备扎实的注塑模具、工艺、注塑周边相关知识
4. 熟悉注塑工艺工程，PFMEA、制程参数、Checklist、Control Plan
5. 理解核心指标COPQ，能协同生产、模房及机修部门提升部门绩效目标
6. 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，责任心强，能适应项目节点压力下的工作节奏
7. 良好的表达能力和报告逻辑
8. 熟悉电子化工作流程，质量意识强
9. 具备丰富的注塑工艺管理经验，熟悉精密连接器行业更佳
10. 能适应公司以贡献为导向的企业文化，具备较强的责任感与推动力
What Will Put You Ahead
1.机械 / 模具相关专业，有NX或Moldflow软件能力优先
