Job Description:
1) 为新项目设计冲压模具并管理模具开发过程，并包括以下工作
- 参与产品设计评审并向项目团队提供反馈
- 领导模具设计评审活动并确保团队就模具开发策略达成一致
- 支持模具qualification过程，确保模具能够按计划投入量产
- 与其他流程相关者协作
2) 支持与冲模相关的持续改进活动，并确保有效执行和及时结束改进行动。
3) 支持主管交办的其他任务。
Job Requirement:
1) 工装或机械设计相关专业
2) 4年以上精密冲压行业从业经验，熟悉模具结构及各种问题解决方法。
3) 良好的沟通、学习、分析、组织和任务管理能力。
4) 具有紧迫感和积极行动勇气的优秀团队合作者。
5) 决策过程中有经济思维能力
