- Job Summary职位概述 1、Lead and drive Industrial Engineering (IE) activities to improve productivity, line efficiency, cost reduction, and manufacturing performance through motion study, line balancing, and lean initiatives. 负责并推动工业工程（IE）相关工作，通过动作分析、产线平衡及精益改善，持续提升生产效率、降低成本并优化制造绩效。 2、Work closely with cross-functional teams to support production line setup, capacity planning, labor optimization, and lean transformation initiatives. 与跨职能团队紧密协作，支持产线建立、产能规划、人力优化及精益转型项目。 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责 1、Ensure accuracy of SAP master data including BOM, routing, and packaging information to support production lead time. 确保 SAP 系统中 BOM、工艺路线、包装等主数据的准确性，保障生产交付周期。 2、Conduct monthly routing and standard time (ST) reviews; analyze paid efficiency and labor efficiency, and drive improvement actions when efficiency exceeds targets. 进行工艺路线与标准工时的月度分析，对人工效率、付薪效率进行评估并推动改善。 3、Work with cross-functional teams to drive productivity improvement and lean cost-saving projects. 与跨部门团队合作，推动生产效率提升及精益降本项目。 4、Lead IE activities for new line setup, including line layout, routing, line balancing, standard time setting, scrap reduction, and capacity evaluation. 负责新产线的 IE 工作，包括产线布局、工艺路线、产线平衡、标准工时、报废率改善及产能评估。 5、Take full responsibility for IE deliverables related to quality performance and response time. 全面负责 IE 在质量表现及响应效率方面的工作成果。 6、Support cost quotation for new projects by providing accurate process time and IE data. 为新项目报价提供准确的工艺节拍与 IE 数据支持，提升成本竞争力。 7、Implement and ensure compliance with EHS requirements within the IE function. 在 IE 相关工作中落实并遵守 EHS 要求。 8、Create and maintain work centers in SAP system. 负责 SAP 系统中工作中心的建立与维护。 9、Provide IE support for system or program launches (e.g., Fusion). 在系统或项目（如 Fusion）上线过程中提供 IE 相关支持。 REQUIREMENTS职位要求 1、Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Industrial Engineering is preferred. 本科及以上学历，工业工程专业优先。 2、Minimum 6 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related roles. 至少 6 年工业工程或相关岗位经验。 3、Experience in factory layout planning and production line setup. 具备工厂布局及产线规划经验。 4、Experience leading Lean or continuous improvement projects is a plus. 有精益改善或持续改善项目主导经验者优先。 5、Familiarity with MES operation is preferred. 熟悉 MES 系统操作者优先。 6、Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. 良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力。 7、Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, and layout design. 熟悉 Kaizen、精益生产及产线布局设计。 8、Experience in CAPEX budgeting and capacity planning. 具备资本性投资预算及产能规划经验。 9、Proficient in PC software such as AutoCAD and related tools. 熟练使用 AutoCAD 等办公及工程软件。 10、Strong leadership and problem-solving skills using PDCA methodology. 具备基于 PDCA 的领导力和问题解决能力。 Preferred 加分项 1、Good English reading, writing and speaking skills. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。 2、Lean Belt or Six Sigma Green Belt certification. 持有精益或六西格玛绿带证书。 3、Experience with MES systems. 有 MES 系统相关经验。
