Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责 1、Conduct new project evaluation and propose vision solutions (lighting, camera, lens selection), including feasibility verification. 进行新项目评估并提出视觉方案（光源、相机、镜头选型），并完成可行性验证。 2、Develop and optimize vision algorithms (image preprocessing, feature extraction, defect detection, dimensional measurement, etc.). 开发并优化视觉算法（图像预处理、特征提取、缺陷检测、尺寸测量等）。 3、Integrate vision systems with PLC, robots, and automation equipment; debug industrial communication protocols (Modbus, EtherCAT). 实现视觉系统与PLC、机器人及自动化设备的集成，并调试工业通讯（Modbus、EtherCAT等）。 4、Support maintenance teams in improving existing AOI equipment. 支持维护团队对现有AOI设备进行优化改善。 5、Define acceptance criteria for outsourced AOI equipment with process engineers and suppliers, and manage the full project lifecycle. 与工艺工程师和供应商共同制定外购AOI设备验收标准，并管理项目全过程。 6、Provide training, guidance, and technical support to production and relevant personnel. 为生产及相关人员提供培训、指导和技术支持。 7、Track project cost, labor, and lead time; maintain BOM and spare parts list. 跟踪项目成本、工时及周期，维护BOM及备件清单。 8、Follow internal standards such as TQM, ISO, Six Sigma, and EH&S requirements. 遵循公司TQM、ISO、Six Sigma及EHS相关标准。 9、Perform other tasks assigned by management. 完成管理层安排的其他工作。 Requirements 职位要求 1、Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Control Engineering, or related fields. 自动化、控制工程或相关专业本科。 2、More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing or equipment companies. At least 3 years of experience in automation or vision systems. 5年以上制造业或设备公司工作经验，至少3年自动化或视觉系统相关经验。 3、Proficient in vision systems. 熟悉机器视觉系统。 4、Experience in host computer (upper computer) software development. 具备上位机软件开发经验。 5、Proficient in smart vision systems (Cognex / Keyence). 熟练使用视觉系统（Cognex / Keyence等）。 6、Ability to work with global teams and adapt to business travel. 具备跨文化沟通能力，能够适应出差。 7、Good English communication skills. 良好的英语沟通能力。 8、Strong teamwork skills. 良好的团队合作能力。 9、Proactive and positive attitude. 工作积极主动，态度良好。
